About Me

I'm a competent and approachable Organisation Development and Change Management consultant.

I have over 18 years experience of OD and Change Management work, gained by working with a wide range of NHS organisations as well as an influential USA-based healthcare system and a large social housing sector organisation.

I have an excellent understanding of organisation development and change management techniques and theories, including substantial experience of using various "large group event" methodologies to initiate or accelerate needed change.

I always bring a strong sense of enthusiasm, creativity and purpose to my work. I am particularly good at quickly grasping the essence of complex situations, simplifying unnecessary complexity and devising appropriate strategies and interventions that are easy for people to engage with. My CV

I also am a co-founder of Knowledge Exchange - An online networking and information sharing community with over 6,700 NHS and social care managers in membership, now offered to NHS managers via an alliance with Managers in Partnership (MiP).
